My stay at Whiskey Pete's was surprisingly nice! The room was clean and comfortable, and I really enjoyed the Bonnie and Clyde car exhibit. However, the dining options were pretty limited, which was a bummer during my visit.

Rooms

The suite I stayed in was modern and spacious, definitely cleaner than some higher-rated places. It had a comfortable bed and was quiet, which made for a good night's sleep.
Service
6.0
While most staff members were friendly, I had a frustrating experience with one employee at the front desk who seemed distracted and unhelpful.
Location
6.0
Primm is a small town, so the location is convenient for quick stops. However, food options are limited on-site, with only a few choices nearby.
Dining
5.0
I was disappointed with the food choices available. The only option inside the casino was IHOP, and while there are some places nearby, they weren't very varied.
Facilities
7.0
The gym was impressive for a three-star hotel, but the pool and hot tub were closed during my visit, which was a bit of a letdown.

During my stay at Whiskey Pete's, I had a mix of experiences. The mini suite I upgraded to was spacious and updated, but the view left much to be desired with a large dirt mound outside. The pool was clean and the staff friendly, though the food options were limited with just an IHOP and a soon-to-close McDonald's. While it might serve well if you're avoiding Vegas, I wouldn't choose to stay here again. 😐

The mini suite was spacious and updated; however, the view was disappointing, with a big dirt mound outside. The bathroom also needed some attention, especially around the jacuzzi tub.
Service
5.0
Staff at the pool were friendly, and I appreciated their relaxed attitude towards bringing drinks to the pool area. However, I experienced poor service when it came to getting a refund after leaving due to lack of water.
Location

This hotel is conveniently located just off the highway, making it a decent stopover place, though the food choices were quite limited.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were frustratingly limited; only an IHOP in the casino, with some expensive options at nearby locations. Starbucks was in the gas station next door.
Facilities

The pool area was well maintained and clean, which I appreciated. However, the lack of restroom facilities when we first arrived was a major concern.

I needed a place to rest during a long drive and Whiskey Pete's offered a reasonably-priced room that was comfortable enough for a night. though the surroundings felt a bit dated and a bit rundown. I appreciated the comfortable bed and the convenience of nearby amenities, but the overall atmosphere left much to be desired.

Rooms
6.0
My room was on the ground floor and while it was mostly clean and the bed was comfortable, the stained carpets and occasional roach were off-putting.
Service
6.0
The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, but they couldn't assist with a room change, which was disappointing.
Location
5.0
Whiskey Pete's is situated in an eerie area with abandoned attractions, which felt quite surreal and not particularly inviting.
Dining
6.0
Dining options were limited, but I did find a nearby mini-supermarket for essentials.
Facilities

The casino was filled with slot machines, giving it an atmosphere that felt old and stagnant. despite the potential for fun.

My stay at Whiskey Pete's Hotel & Casino was quite a mixed bag. The room I got was far from what I expected based on the 'all new rooms' billboard—it had several issues like missing handles and a lack of basic supplies. On the bright side, the band playing in the bar area was fantastic and made for a fun atmosphere, though the dining options were limited to just a couple of fast-food chains.

Rooms
5.0
The room was outdated and poorly stocked. Missing handles, only one chair, and not enough towels were disappointing.
Service
5.0
The staff was somewhat responsive, but the overall service didn't make up for the room condition.
Location
6.0
The location is decent for quick access to the interstate, but the surrounding amenities are quite limited.
Dining
5.0
Dining was underwhelming—with only an IHOP and McDonald's available, I had hoped for more variety.
Facilities

The casino layout was fine, and the live band was the highlight. But overall, the hotel needs a serious update.

I had a decent stay at Whiskey Pete's, but it definitely has seen better days. The rooms were reasonably updated and the kids enjoyed the arcade, but the casino area was pretty smoky and the service could use some work. Overall, it’s a solid quick stop, especially for families, but don’t expect luxury.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were good and relatively recently renovated, giving me a comfortable place to crash. No major issues here, which was a pleasant surprise.
Service
5.0
I did notice some flaws in service, especially when I needed help at the players club. It was frustrating at times, which left a sour taste.
Location
6.0
It's a decent stop on the way to better destinations like Zion and Brian Head, but gas prices were high and that was a bit of a bummer.
Dining
8.0
Having an IHOP inside was a plus for breakfast! It came in handy for my family and made the stay convenient.
Facilities
5.0
The arcade was a hit with the kids and helped keep them entertained. However, the casino itself was a bit run-down and not super appealing.
